Default subtotal

I usually make a copy of the entire worksheet (right-click, select Move or
Copy, check the 'copy' box). On the copied sheet, select all the cells and
copy / paste special values. Then use the autofilter to select blanks in one
of the columns that doesn't have subtotals AND wasn't one of the criteria for
the subtotals (OR select rows that end in 'TOTAL' in the criteria column).
The remaining rows are the raw data; select and delete.

I have subtotal a few hundred rows of data. Is that a way just to
copy/transfer the subtotal rows to a new worksheet?
