I have a huge xls file. (183MB)

I created this file from mysql database and I forget to split in
multiple worksheet (and deleted de mysql file) :( ...
in this xls file I have 129700 records...
in excel i can open the file but only the first 65536 records is
visible...

how can I recover the file?
