help - I have validated a cell for drop-down list, and it works great

except
that it does not show itself as a drop-down list unless the cell is

chosen.
How do I get the drop-down arrow to be seen all of the time, even when
working elsewhere in the spreadsheet? I am trying to eliminate having to
click on the cell first to choose it , then have to click on the drop-down
arrow also. I would like to be able to just click on the drop-down arrow

to
choose from list.
Can anyone help me?
