Is there a worksheet named "TheChart"?
Does it contain a range named "TheTitle"?
Insert a few temporary lines:

MsgBox sPREFIX1
MsgBox sPREFIX2
MsgBox Worksheets("TheChart").Range("TheTitle").Value
