Default counting rows across multiple worksheets

The *easiest* way is to perform the count and/or the totaling on each
individual sheet in the *same* relative cell.
So, say the count is displayed in X100 on *all* sheets,
And the sum is displayed in X101 on *all* sheets.

On the main sheet, use formulas similar to these:

=SUM(Sheet1:Sheet5!X100)
=SUM(Sheet1:Sheet5!X101)
