hi,

i use a system called CMS which is full of information on all the jobs my
company have done. Everday CMS saves all the jobs we did that day in to a
Word document i have to print it out, pick certain jobs out, and manually
input them in to a spreadsheet. It is a pain in the ARSE! i have tried
copy/pasting it on to the spread sheet but i can never understand the
information. i have also tried just copy/pasting certain parts of the doc,
but it takes to long.
please some one help me or i am going to go crazy!!
