You can remove the time component with INT(A1)
as for which week, it depends on where you are
and even what it applies to. In the US it would
be WEEKNUM Worksheet Function which is described
on Chip's page, but for outside the US you might have
to use something else even though there are option on
the WEEKNUM Worksheet Function. Take a look at
Chip Pearson's page
