Conditional Format #REF!

Select the range of cells that need to be formatted.
Format/Conditional Formatting:
Formula Is:
=ERROR.TYPE(cell_ref)=4
(Replace cell_ref with the selected active cell)
Format/Font and select Color: White
OK
