Default How do I change the colour of the Column & Row Toolbars in Exc

This will be my last post to this thread. It is a WINDOWS setting. Follow
the previously prescribed steps.

No what I meant was the colour that appears on the Colum Header A,B,C,

for column and it also appears on the Row Header as wel. As you tab
down
the
worksheet the colour will be on the Row / Column Header relative to
where
you
currently are, eg ib one is on d20 in a worksheet the Column Header is
Orange
and so is Row 20 Header ( or perhaps header is not the right word ). I
know
it can be changed I just forgotten how ( short term memory ! )
