Or, you could right-click on the sheet tab, select 'Move or Copy', then in the 'Move to where...' pull down the top drop-down and select (new book).
Make sure that 'Create a copy' is unticked.

The sheet will be removed from your original workbook and will then occupy a new, separate, untitled workbook.
