50000? Since you say round up to nearest 100 if over 50 shouldn't 1234 round
up to 1300? Or did you mean 50000?

Regardsless round to nearest 100 is ROUND(x,100) round up is
CEILING(x,100)

so you can set it the way you want by testing the condition

=IF(x50,formula1,formula2
