Very neat solution!!
I had been playing about with
{=AVERAGE(69-CODE(J1:J5))}
but the lack of "E" in the range of Grades being used gave me the wrong
results, as "F ended up as a -1.
I can't work out how you came up with the 2530 to use as the dividend in
the formula?
