Complicated lookup/match fuction
Ok... please look at the following using the 'Courier' font:

I enter a value for a KPI in the 'entered value' cell. Then,
automatically, the rated equivalent appears in te 'Rating equivalent'
cell.
eg: For KPI 3, I enter '15'. The rating equivalent should be '4'.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
