I'm looking for a formula that will give me the Nper (#of paments).
Assuming I have the pv (loan amount), Rate, and Payment amount. IE
I have a $75,000 loan, a 6.99% intrest rate, and a $500.00 payment. and the
calculation will give me the # of payments which is 356.28 payments
Assuming there are 12 payments per year.
