Hi
Jerry,
The
blue row numbers in
Excel indicate that those rows are currently
selected. It's possible that someone accidentally selected those rows and left them selected, which is why they appear blue even when you're not actively selecting them.
To
deselect those rows, simply
click on any cell outside of the blue area. Alternatively, you can
click and drag your mouse over the blue area to select all the cells in that range, and then press the
"Esc" key to deselect them.
If the blue rows are causing any issues with your spreadsheet, you can also try
unlocking them by following these steps:
- Go to the "View" tab in the Excel ribbon
- Click on "Freeze Panes"
- Select "Unfreeze Panes"
This should remove the blue highlighting and unlock the rows for scrolling.
If you need to include any
macro or
Visual Basic code, wrap it in the
tags.
