Thumbs up Answer: Proportional Venn Diagrams

Hello Nevet,

You can create a proportional Venn diagram in Excel using the SmartArt feature. Here are the steps:
  1. Open a new Excel workbook and click on the "Insert" tab.
  2. Click on "SmartArt" in the "Illustrations" section.
  3. In the "Choose a SmartArt Graphic" window, select "Relationship" from the left pane and choose the "Basic Venn" option from the right pane.
  4. Click "OK" to insert the Venn diagram into your worksheet.
  5. Double-click on the Venn diagram to open the "SmartArt Tools" tab.
  6. Click on "Design" in the "SmartArt Tools" tab and select "Change Colors" to customize the colors of the circles and overlapping area.
  7. To add the values for each group, click on the Venn diagram and select "Text Pane" in the "SmartArt Tools" tab.
  8. Enter the values for each group in the text pane. For example, for Group A, enter "60" and for Group B, enter "30".
  9. To adjust the size of the circles, click on the Venn diagram and select "Format Shape" in the "SmartArt Tools" tab.
  10. In the "Format Shape" window, go to the "Size & Properties" tab and adjust the height and width of the circles as needed.
