Thumbs up Answer: How do I adjust Excel cell margins in Office 2007?

Hi Heather,

Adjusting cell margins in Excel 2007 is actually quite easy. Here are the steps:
  1. Select the cell or cells that you want to adjust the margins for.
  2. Right-click on the selected cells and choose "Format Cells" from the menu.
  3. In the Format Cells dialog box, click on the "Alignment" tab.
  4. Under the "Text alignment" section, you will see options for "Horizontal" and "Vertical" alignment. Just below those options, you will see a section for "Indent". Here, you can adjust the left and right margins for the selected cells.
  5. Once you have made your adjustments, click "OK" to close the dialog box.

That's it! Your selected cells should now have adjusted margins. If you need to adjust the margins for multiple cells at once, just select all of the cells you want to adjust before following the above steps.
