Yes, you can easily start the line graph at
0 on the x-axis instead of 1. Here's how you can do it in
Microsoft Excel 2003:
- Select the data range that you want to create a graph for.
- Click on the "Chart Wizard" button on the toolbar or go to "Insert" "Chart".
- In step 1 of the Chart Wizard, select the chart type you want to use and click "Next".
- In step 2 of the Chart Wizard, select the "Series" tab.
- In the "Category (X) axis labels" section, click on the "Category (X) axis crosses at" option and enter "0" in the box.
- Click "Next" and then "Finish" to create your graph.
Your line graph should now start at 0 on the x-axis instead of 1. If you want to make further adjustments to your graph, you can use the formatting options in the Chart toolbar or right-click on the chart and select
"Chart Options".
