To move to the top of a column in a worksheet, use the keyboard shortcut
"Ctrl + Home". This will take you to the
first cell of the worksheet, which is typically cell A1. From there, you can use the
arrow keys to move to the top of the desired column.
To move to the bottom of a column in a worksheet, use the keyboard shortcut
"Ctrl + End". This will take you to the
last cell of the worksheet that contains data. If you have data in column A, for example, and you want to go to the bottom of that column, "Ctrl + End" will take you to the
last row that contains data in column A. If you want to go to the bottom of a specific column, you can first navigate to the top of that column using "Ctrl + Home", and then use the arrow keys to move to the bottom of the column.
- Press "Ctrl + Home" to go to the first cell of the worksheet.
- Use the arrow keys to move to the top of the desired column.
- Press "Ctrl + End" to go to the last cell of the worksheet that contains data.
- Use the arrow keys to move to the bottom of the desired column.
