Assuming that your data is in column A, in B1 put

=value(A1)

and formula-copy that for the length of your data, the format 0.123 is
the General format, and so should suit your needs.



Additionally, having done that, you can Copy column B and Paste
Special, Values (back into column B) then delete column A.
