try:
=INT((H16-F16)*24)& " hrs "&ROUND(MOD((H16-F16)*24,1)*60,0)&" mins"

you can also try:
=TEXT(H16-F16,"h")&" hrs "&TEXT(H16-F16,"m")&" mins"
