For clarity...
Output to PDF includes pagination features not part of the 'raw data',
thus corrupting the structure of the data in a willy-nilly fashion
dictated by page breaks.

Output to txt results pure raw data. No manual deciphering is required,
and the pagination features do not have to be manually edited out.

It appears the raw data comes from an accounting app and so (unless
really ancient) it should be able to output directly to txt.
