How can I convert list of dates which are in text format in a mixed manner into date format "dd-mm-yyyy"

example:

Col A Col B

01.04.2013 01-04-2013
2.5.2013 02-05-2013
11.6.13 11-06-2013
9.7.2013 09-07-2013
01.8.2013 01-08-2013

In "Col A" the list and what I expect is in "Col B"
