Default generating e-mail w/ links to excel file

So i want the above code to create a hyperlink directly to the excel
file so when you do the ctrl+click it opens up the excel file.
currently formatted though it opens up the directory, not the file.
I'm sure it has something to do with my HTML tagging. Can someone
please help?


TEMPfiles does not point to a file!
OR
there's no file extension and so should only point to the directory!

So you mean if i want the link to open a file i need to put in the file name and not just the directory path? i guess that makes sense... :-) thanks for the help. sometimes it's just the silly simple things...
