From the Start menu, choose All Programs (in Windows XP).
Select Microsoft Office.
Choose Microsoft Office Tools.
Select Microsoft Office Application Recovery.
In the resulting dialog box, shown in Figure C, choose Microsoft Office Excel.
Click Recover Application. The process could take a few minutes.
Respond to the Send Report To Microsoft prompt.
