If on said teamsite there was a holiday calendar in excel of when people were off, is there any way that this spreadsheet could be updated by people submitting their holidays in a completely different spreadsheet?

Also the template we're using was created/used for a former teams teamsite and they have a welcome pop up when it opens that we want to get rid of, however the visual basic editor is locked and nobody knows the password. We've tried to copy the screen and paste it into a new workbook but it completely distorts the design of it.

Any ideas?

Cheers!
I use a google calendar thats shared between all of the office staff... they logon to gmail and a calendar shows up and people can edit it...

works for us...

soory have no idea how to do it in excel.
