Here is the problem:

range F3:30 contain percentages
range J3:J30 contain an x where certain criteria were met (win or loss say)

need to say the following

if F3:F30 is greater than or equal to xx% and there is an x in J3:J30 then
count it

have tried =sumproduct funcion as well with no luck.
