One way:

=D25+C26

formatted as Custom $#,##0.00\* . That preserves the numeric type of the
cell, so you can still reference in other formulas.

Alternatively, if you want a text result:

=TEXT(D25+C26,"$#,##0.00\*")

perhaps formatted with Right Horizontal Alignment.

Use SUM(D25,C26) instead of D25+C26 only if D25 or C26 might contain
(non-numeric) text, and you want to avoid a #VALUE error in that case.
