if you can't get my suggestions to work, you can also try it with
formula
For the date in B1:
=INT(A1)
For the time in C1:
=MOD(A1,1)
Then set the format of column A and B as you want it.
Copy column A and B and paste special = Paste values.
Then you can delete column A
