If D4:D100 is a list and you need to extract the totals for "Accounting" then use the SUMIF within the SUMPRODUCT.

=SUMPRODUCT(SUMIF(INDIRECT("'"&Sheets&"'!D4:D100") ,"Accounting",INDIRECT("'"&Sheets&"'!E4:E100")) )
