I have inputted the following =DATE(YEAR(E2),MONTH(E2),3)
E2 has the date as 1st of the current month
Which gives me the 3rd day of the month
I need to add the followin extra rules
1) If 3rd is Wednesday change date to Thursday 4th
2) If 3rd is Sat or Sun go to Next Monday date
