Several users at my agency reported they can no longer use the ruler option when their spreadsheet is in the Normal View. Users at our agency do not like the page layout view for Excel. The option is muted on my end too and all of my Excel Options are correct. I checked under Excel Options Advanced. What are we doing wrong? Has Microsoft made some changes?
