I realize that I am not very good with Excel. I would like to learn but
lack of funds makes it impossible. For now I have to rely on the help of
others. Obviously the biggest problem I have is using functions. I have
the same question as before, but this time the format of the coordinate is
slightly different. IT is degree, minute, second (without a decimal).
