After serious thinking wrote :
For example in a set of 20 MCQ questions
- Resondents must choose either A , B or C
- If he/she chooses mostly A, survey will deem him as Type A person
- If his/her chooses mostly B, he/she will be Type B person
- on so on for C

Are you asking us to tell/show you how to do it?

Otherwise, based on your limited info I advise using DataValidation for
choices and just sum the As, Bs, and Cs!
