Default how to copy the contents into another cell?

You missed this part..............

In C4 enter =$C$3

Copy to C5 and C6

sorry, i want the data which i am going to type on c3 should
automatically come to c4,c5,and c6 cells. for that i have to format the
said cells. how can it be accomplished?
