Here is one way. I don't know if it is the best way.
Highlight Column K
Ctrl+Shift+(right arrow key)
This will select Every column except A-J
Then hold ctrl and select row 11
Ctrl+Shift+(down arrow key)
This will select every row except 1-10 (you will still have the columns
selected from the previous step.)
