Default date of JPG photo file which is taken

You can use the Input Textstream functions in Exel VBA to read the data
in JPG files and pick out the Picture Taken Date. I have created an
excel workbook with this <a
href="http://www.ipi-international.co.uk/IPI%20Backup.zip"function</a.
You can copy the code from there if you wish. It seems that there are
some differences in the time when looking at the Picture Taken Date
using Explorer on a Vista system.
