You can do this by selecting column 4, EditCopy, EditPasteSpecialValues.
Note: this will permanently remove your formuals so that changes to the
first 3 columns will no longer be reflected in column 4. Be sure that
this is what you want before proceeding and save your work first as a
precaution.
