I want to format a cell for time. I want to type "0830" in a cell and have it
show 8:30 AM. So I format the cell accordingly. But when I type 0830 in the
cell I get "12:00 AM", and if I double click into the cell it shows "4/9/1902
12:00:00 AM". What can I do to have it not include a date...just a time?
