Hi Ron,

Based on the examples you posted try the following.

=OR(ISBLANK(G2),AND(G2<=WORKDAY(TODAY(),7),ISBLANK (H2),AND(G2<=TODAY(),H2<=WORKDAY(TODAY(),7))))
