You can use DataText To Columns and use the last tab to set dates.

I just recorded a macro to do it, and after tidying it left

Columns("O:O").TextToColumns _
Destination:=Range("O1"), _
DataType:=xlDelimited, _
FieldInfo:=Array(1, 4)
