No. The hidden property indicates if the cell is visible. YO ucan
have a visible row that has a height of zero. when yo utake a hiddne
row and display it it returns to the same height as before you hide the
row.
Some people rather than hide a row will make the row height 0 but that
is not the saqme thing as hidding the row.
