Ok.... further workings....
I took out the Array for the FomulaArray and just made it
MyRng3.Formula = myFormula2

This does not throw the error. So, if I'm understanding this correctly, the
issue is that the command
..FormulaArray
is the issue.

What would cause this function to not work correctly, or not be set?
