Now I see the problem, but I could not fix it. . . .

The References say 11.0 object libraries, but their paths are set to
the 12.0 libraries, e.g.: C:\Windows\assembly\GAC\Office
\12.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c\Office.dll.

I tried browsing to the specific directory for Excel 2003 and
selecting Excel, but the path is still wrong.

Any idea how I can correct this?
