Suppose you have filtered range A1:A100 with headings in A1, try this:

Dim FilteredRange as Range
Set FilteredRange="A2:A100" '(Exclude header row)
For Each cell in FilteredRange.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible)

Next
