Default Change Excel 2003 default toolbar path

I don't think so, but why!

It's always worthwhile to maintain a backup of your custom xlb as
occasionally it can suddenly bloat enormously and slow things down. Even a
heavily customized xlb is unlikely to be larger than 50kb.

If you ever want to restore the default, close Excel, rename the custom xlb
and a new file will be created when you next open Excel.

I know how to change the Excel11.xlb file by copying and pasting into it's
default location. Is there a way/setting inside excel (tools/options)
where
I can simply change the default path and leave the file in it's position,
simply change the path where Excel looks?

Thanks in advance,

Christmas May
