Hi there Excel developers,

Is there any way to transparently import data into a sheet using the
same parameters than when you do it manually but without asking for
anything and without displaying the import wizard, just pass its
parameters?

The operation consists of:
- Data - Import from TXT
- Then tell it "Fixed Width" and "Start at row 40"
- Then set the column separators (break lines) by positions
- Then import the data

Is this possible programmatically? Without recording a macro?
