If you want your button to act like a toggle, then just assign this macro to
it:

Sub CalcTog()

If Application.Calculation = xlCalculationAutomatic Then
Application.Calculation = xlCalculationManual
Else
Application.Calculation = xlCalculationAutomatic
End If
