I inserted a textbox from the Drawing toolbar.
I rightclicked on that textbox and chose format text box
On the Colors tab, I chose fill color: No fill
Also on the colors tab, I chose line color: No line
Another way would be to do the work in a different program (your favorite
picture editor) and use all the features of that program. Then just insert that
picture that already has the changes.
