ToolsOptionsView then check the box for Row & Column Header

Someone send me a file which made the column header (A, B, c ...) and the
row number (1,2,3,4 ...) are gone.
How can I put them back please?
Also, the sheet tab are gone too. (Sheet 1, 2 and 3 ...)
What should I do to make all them visible again?
